Are refunds allowed?

Due to orders being made to accommodate different customers all orders are final.

Refunds are allowed for orders under $20 if cancelled within 24 hours.

When booking Eccentric-Eats for catering, what is the deposit amount?

There is a $25 non refundable booking fee.

When booking ShotsByEmilia for events, what is the deposit amount?

There is a 50% non refundable deposit to secure the date and bartender for your event.

When should I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are completed within 24 hours or less and will be delivered same day if placed before 5pm M-F or before 12pm Saturday-Sunday.

For orders placed after these times your order will be delivered the next day.

We will be sure to communicate with you openly about this based on the needs of your order.

What are your delivery and shipping fees?

Free delivery when you spend over $75

Delivery fees

$5 under 10 miles

$10 under 20 miles

$15 under 30 miles

At this time we do not ship any items due to our items being perishable. We will make an update when we do find the best shipping process for orders.
